Sarah Beaudry (2012)

Biathlon

As an international-calibre biathlete, Sarah Beaudry appears to be on the fast track to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.

Beaudry, a member of the Caledonia Nordic Ski Club, represented Canada at the 2012 World Youth Championships in Finland and also wore Team Canada colours at the 2012 Winter Youth Olympics in Austria. At the Winter Youth Olympics, she was second among Canadian women in a six-kilometre sprint race and a 7.5km pursuit. 

In 2011, Beaudry won two gold medals and one silver medal at the national championships. She also claimed a gold medal and two bronze medals at the Canada Winter Games.
